On final notice of possession - 5% of cost of Apartment (Plus Service Tax) + Stamp Duty  Charges + Registration Expenses & Other Charges as applicable.

It is very important to look at the future market value of the land purely from an asset creation perspective. If the selected plot has zero or low appreciation value, your buy will be a dead one.
