Lok  Awas Biggest Beneficiary – Management Quota Applicants

Fair Market Value of 2 BHK house in Tricity is minimum – Rs. 25 Lakhs.
The EMI of home under this scheme will be 40 % Cheaper than rent of 2 BHK.

Company will not sell the management quota after 1st May for 6 months till permanent allotment letter to all applicants.
Next Management Quota will open at Rs. 15.90 Lakhs.

Lok Awas Project Short Brief
Filling of application under Management Quota is from 15th March to 30th April, 2017.
Application fee – Rs 11,000. In this Rs 10,000 is Refundable and Rs 1,000 is our cost of implementation of Scheme.
Anyone from India with a Adhar Card can apply. With 1 Adhar Card only 1 Application can be filled.
All Flats will be within approachable MC limit with above 40 ft wide approach road in major cities of Punjab.
All Houses will be within approachable MC limit with above 40 ft wide roads in all Districts, Tehsils & Sub Tehsils of Punjab
85 % Application will be by draw and 15 % will be by Management Quota.
Management Quota will end on 30th April, 2017.
Lok Awas Process for a person filling the application
Management Quota can be applied till 30th April.
Anyone with a Adhar Card can apply, With 1 Adhar Card only 1 Application can be filled.
Form needs to be collected from the Head Office.
Under Management Quota Person has the freedom to select the unit and floor.
Draw will be done within 90 days after closing of application on 31st May.
After the draw is announced, you have to pay Rs. 90,000 within 15 days and provisional allotment letter will be issued.
After this we will register everyone under PMAY Scheme for approval of interest rate subsidy.
We will get home loans approved for everyone on subsidized rates on Bank’s Discretion.
When both registration and loan process is complete we will execute the agreement with allotee and Bank.
Rest payment will paid by allottee as per the construction linked plan.
Possession will be delivered within 3 years with 6 months of Grace Period in unavoidable circumstances of Force Majeure.
